2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary based on destination and customs procedures. Additional duties or taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using our Order Tracking page.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.
Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to your order (including address updates) can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return eligible items after delivery.
