1. How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Visit our Returns Center on our website.
Enter your order details and reason for the return.
Print the return label and securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Drop off the package at your nearest shipping center.
2. Is the return shipping free?
Return shipping is free for orders that meet our return policy conditions. However, if the return is due to personal preference rather than a product issue, a return shipping fee may apply.
3. Where can I find the return label after applying?
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a downloadable return label. You can also find it under the Orders & Returns section of your VAMMAX account.
4. Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service team.
5. How long do I have before making a return?
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return an item, as long as it meets our return eligibility criteria.
6. Refunds
We will process your refund once we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the item is not eligible for a refund due to damage or signs of use, we will notify you via email.
7. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
8. Important Notice
Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging).
Certain products such as intimate wear, custom items, and clearance sales may not be eligible for return.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
